E9: The test was not fully inserted, was not transfused during the test, or did not receive blood very quickly. Repeat the test with the new one and make sure it fits in place.

Without knowing which AccuChek blood glucose meter you have, man, it will be difficult to find out what the correct error code reads.
If you have a user guide for your specific blood glucose meter, go to the Trouble Shooting section and see the E9 error code shown.
If you do not have a user manual, click on the link below for AccuChek (Caa) and see if your meter is there in the utos tab. If so, click on the link for more information. Otherwise, enter the name of your custom meter in the search bar in the upper right corner of the page, then search for the manual or user guide.

If it is an Aviva model, it will be a battery, if they are new, take it out and replace it.
Replace the battery.
