I have a lot of games without skins that don't scratch and work well.

Yes you can I bought a game that didn't come with the box and they just put it in an empty DVD box when they were sold in the store.
Unfortunately, GameStop has stopped accepting Gameboy Advance, Ring, SP or other Gameboy products since April 2011, and 30 is fine for the HP series, if bound, the brochure will run in 2025.
They will still accept the game, but I think they will give you a little more credit if you had a case and / or guide. They just roll up their sleeves to impress their opponents.
